Jacob Shea is a Los Angeles–based composer whose work spans film, television, and games. A BAFTA and Emmy Award nominee and Hollywood Music in Media Awards winner, his composer credits include Planet Earth II, Blue Planet II, Seven Worlds, One Planet, and Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman.
He has collaborated with leading composers including Hans Zimmer, Elliot Goldenthal, and Steve Jablonsky, contributing as a programmer and additional writer to projects such as Public Enemies, Despicable Me, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Battleship, Lone Survivor, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
